Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I change plans?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. When you upgrade you get immediate access to new features. Extra charges are prorated automatically.
What happens if I exceed the limits?
On the Free plan you cannot add more than 2 projects or 1 user before upgrading. Starter lets you have up to 10 projects with 1 user. Pro is for a single user. On Team, 5 users are included; additional users beyond that are added to your invoice automatically.
Is there a minimum contract?
No, there is no lock-in. You can cancel anytime. With monthly billing, payment stops next period. With yearly billing you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, you receive an invoice by email for each payment. You can also download all invoices from your account.
